About the event
Join local pet portrait artist Drew Dost in creating your own beautiful acrylic painting based on a photo of your favorite furry friend. You will learn skills such as drawing from reference photos using the grid method, choosing colors to create a particular mood, painting with shadows and highlights, and more. By the end of the evening, you’ll leave with a finished painting you’ll be happy to take home and display. This class is aimed towards all skill levels, no painting experience is necessary.
