About the event
What if we could take our heavy feelings and turn them into something beautiful?
In this gentle art-healing experience, we begin by noticing the feelings or worries we may be carrying. We then use colors, dots, and simple strokes and unique way to put those feelings onto paper. Slowly, we transform them into a beautiful bouquet of flowers — creating something joyful from what once felt heavy.
No art experience is needed. There is no right or wrong way to create. Just play with colors, express yourself, and enjoy the process.
Come with whatever you are carrying… and leave with a little more color, lightness, and happiness. 🌷
