Artwork Pick-Up (Required)
Each artist will be given a pick-up slip at drop-off.
This slip must be presented in order to retrieve artwork at pick-up.
Artwork will not be released without the corresponding pick-up slip.
Unclaimed Artwork: Unsold work left beyond return dates will become property of Renton Art Oasis
Labeling Artwork (Required)
Artists must attach one label directly to the back of each artwork.
No loose papers, envelopes, or additional sheets will be accepted.
Each label must be typed and include:

Email address

Artwork title
-
Medium
-
Price

Sales information (QR code or payment details)-
Sales

Artists are responsible for handling their own sales.

If you cannot be present, sales can still be made through the information on the back of your art. Event staff will place a sticker on sold pieces, which must remain hanging until the event ends.

All sales information must be clearly legible and securely attached to the back of the piece so volunteers can easily identify and process sales.
Artwork Requirements
Miniature Works
General:

Up to 3 pieces per artist
-
Family-friendly only (no nudity, explicit content, or violence)
2D Art (watercolor, ink, oil, acrylic, drawing, mixed media, digital):

Image size of 25 square inches ( 5x5, 4x6, 3x8, 4x9)

Max size including frame- 36 square inches (6x6) (Please note there is no additional overflow space. Artists will be installed directly next to one another and must remain within their designated area

Properly framed or gallery-wrapped (no white edges)

Flat canvas boards must be framed
-
Hanging: D-rings + picture wire (wire taped)

Must be completely dry
-
Label on back: artist name, email address, artwork title, medium, price, and sales info.

Frames inspected; adjustments required before acceptance

Photography and digital art will be allowed as long as the work is framed or gallery wrapped.
Sculpture (metal, fired clay, fabric, glass, stone, wood):

Free-standing with stable base or relief with support

Max size: 8 inches
